The Fry Group of Companies is made up of Fry Properties, Inc., J.G. Rock and Fry Tech Solutions, Inc. Together, these companies build communities by living the values Fry family has practiced here since 1854:  integrity, family and excellence.

Fry Properties, Inc. is a residential development and custom home building company begun 1957, in the Naperville-Plainfield area.  Twenty subdivisions with over 2,500 homes, and various commercial/industrial projects represent nearly $500 million in construction.  Newest entries include Wilding Pointe, White Ash Farm and Stewart Ridge in Plainfield and Sutton Place in Naperville.

J.G Rock is the Fry commercial construction management company.  Rock specializes in construction and construction management for commercial, public, educational and church projects in Northern Illinois.  Rock’s latest notable project is the Fry Office Building in Naperville, housing the Indian Prairie School District 204/College of DuPage Frontier Campus and the Fry Family YMCA Childcare Center, as well as Wheatland Bank and the Fry Group Corporate Offices.

Fry Tech Solutions, Inc. offers low-voltage lighting, sound, home theater, audio and  video design, integration and  and installation for both commercial and residential projects.

The Fry Group of Companies is Winner of a 2006 Business Ledger Award for Business Excellence as well as Top-3 Business-to-Consumer Finalist in the 2006 Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of Year Award.  The Fry Group is a member of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, The Plainfield Economic Development Partnership and the Northern Illinois Homebuilders Association.
